Herriman teaches anti-bullying strategies in the following ways: We will be continuing the Kindness Crusade, more specifically a monthly award called the King of Kindness (This goes along with our theme Where the Wild Things Are). In addition, Herriman has the buddy bench to invite students who feel lonely at recess. Last, we have weekly character education lessons which include several studies on anti-bullying.
